I’m a PhD in Management, Human Resources Professional, and manager in the People & Change practice of one of the ‘Big Four’ professional services firms who researches organizations to generate findings and share advice that makes companies better for people. My work often resides at the intersection of organization design, management strategy, and strategic human resource management.
Prior to my time in professional services, I gained more than fifteen years of work experience at one of the world’s largest energy companies and spent several years as an assistant professor of strategic human resource management, where I taught a variety of courses to MBA and undergraduate business students. I continue to establish relationships and maintain collaborations with leaders and researchers who are interested in contemporary employment, organization design, and human resource challenges.
